Excellent Defense of Miracles and Much More.
By William R. Bullerman
John Lennox is one of the most articulate, well-prepared apologists for the Christian faith from a technical, scientific perspective that I have read. He is clear and simplifies the issues so that they are accessible to the technically oriented as well as the general reader. In this booklet, he is engaging an audience at Harvard University on the subject of miracles. In the process, he investigates Hume and other opponents of miracles on their own turf and in a respecful way, addresses their arguments with counter-arguments. In order to do all of this, he begins with a discussion and comparison of Naturalism vs a Christian world view. He points out several confusions in terminology and other concepts. He then makes a strong case for the reality of God's involvement not only in the beginning, but also in the here and now. This book contains a good argument and support of belief in miracles. But it is much more because he uses evidence of information in the cosmos along with many other scientific and mathematical evidences showing the a loving God has in fact been involved in the creation and sustaining of the cosmos and life and thus makes miracles not only possible, but a genuine occurrence in life. I have read C.S. Lewis's book on Miracles and it is outstanding. Lennox's book is much the same but covers a much wider area in his defense of miracles. It is a short booklet and well worth the read.

Lennox powerful presentation
By Jimb
The only problem I have with this book is that is too short! This gentle man has a clearness of thought that is easily communicated to the minds is others. He reminds me of some of the works of C. S. Lewis. As a Christian apologist he is one of the most powerful today! Jim Bussau

Intellectually honest support for Theism and Miracles
By Jimmie R. Yoes
I keep rereading this book to acquire the ammunition I need to have meaningful conversations with atheists. The author's arguments in support of God and miracles is as good as, or maybe the best, I have ever read. I have been testing theism for over seventy years and the subjective proof of my testing is extremely positive! However, it is not often that I find any way to explain my results in ways that atheists can understand. John Lennox, in his book Miracles has helped me with this endeavor more than any other I have read.
