She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology, a Master’s of Science in Counseling Psychology; Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Doctorate in Global Leadership; Educational Leadership. A’ndrea works as a college professor, as well as conducts workshops on a variety of personal and professional topics. Dr. Wilson is the Founder and President of Divine Garden Press, a publishing company that specializes in fiction and nonfiction books addressing marriage and family issues. Hits Close to Home for Me!

God sent A'ndrea Wilson to me a year ago through facebook. I did not know her or whose page she saw me, but I accepted request because I recognized her as an author. I checked her books online and assumed they were non fiction self help books and I AVOID those! I had noticed reviews across facebook from different people rantin about this book. One day, i was feeling sorry for myself and almost turning 39 and still single; I decided to check this book out.
To my surprise it was fiction and it was impelling . It stirred my soul to tears. I learned so much about myself. I loved the way that she broke down Proverbs 31. I realized that I have a lot of work to do internally to prepare myself to be a god mate. I am always talking about what I will and will not take from a mate; but I have never stopped to examine myself to ensure I am a good story. I appreciate Amber's roller coaster ride.

A Real Workbook that requires one to think!

This is truly a work book for use with the novel Wife 101. We tend to read through novels pretty fast sometimes and often miss the thoughts and ideas that might be very helpful to us. Even though a novel it might have been written with some real information within the covers. Wife 101 was written with some real depth that could help the reader, if she really applied or considered what the story was saying to her own life. Well A'ndrea Wilson has put out this workbook to slow the reader down (or to have the reader who has already read Wife 101 to recall what she read and how it applies to her life.) and to think how the lesson of the fiction person could apply to her life. This workbook will have the reader of Wife 101 actually "take the course in wife 101" and gain more from what she has read.
For instance, on page 40 one of the exercises you're asked to do is review the following: "Amber gets the opportunity to meet Eric's family. How important is it to meet someone's family and get alone with them if you are considering dating them or marrying them? How does a person's family reflect the individual?" And the workbook provides space to enter your thoughts and observations. Another exercise is to "Read Isaiah 55.6-8 and write down your thoughts and feelings about these verses and how they apply to your life." So you see this really is an opportunity to reflect on life as a wife or future wife.
This is a challenge for you women out there to not just read a novel but actually let it speak to you and help you grow. This is really a great idea and should help a lot of women to reach a higher understanding of issues involved in the novel and in life. If you liked the novel Wife 101 here is your chance to take a "test" on how you would have done in the various character's places or what you would have learned. If you have not bought the novel yet or read it yet you should get this workbook and have it close as you read the novel.

This book spoke to me personally. There are questions that we all have in reference to why we haven't met Mr.Right and what is wrong with us. I've recommanded this book to a few friends in hopes that they will get just as much out of it as I have.
