Typically Excellent

I have read other publications by P. Seymour and this one is typically excellent, like the others. The author has a skill for writing in a positive, upbeat and personal way while challenging the reader to examine their life. The activities are very worthwhile. This is a six part collection of "blue prints" and they can be read individually, as a whole, in order or skipping around -- to suit the reader's interests and needs. I like to zip through the whole book once, then go back and reread it again, with a journal at hand to write my own thoughts. Ms. Seymour is interesting, insightful and genuinely wants success for her readers. I would not hesitate to recommend this book -- if you are ready to make positive changes in your life.

Real stuff that really works

I was familiar with the author's writing, so when I saw that this collection was available, I quickly grabbed it. This collection gathers 6 books from the series and is full of helpful stuff, with the most minimum of fluff. 'Fluff' isn't exactly the word, but I'll just say that if this book presented the information any more directly, it would probably be a little too direct and somewhat clinical. It's written in a friendly conversational style, but it gets to the point quickly. I'd say it's just right.
There is a huge amount of information in this collection, but it's well organized and easily navigable. And, you don't need to read this from cover to cover. You probably would be missing the point, if you did. This is life-changing information. You should probably just read a little at a time or what seems to fit your needs now, or what interests you now - and then begin applying it. Later, re-read that part and think about it some more, and read a little more of what seems to apply or what interests you. This book (collection) will help guide your thinking and put you on the right track with real solutions, and will get you back on track if you need help with that, as you go through the transformation process.
I've checked out many life improvement/transformation books, and this is much clearer and more direct than any I can recall. The information is VERY good. This collection is very comprehensive and covers many related areas. The 6 books separately are quite good, but as a collection, they take on a new dimension and become even more helpful.
I could write so much more about this book, but I'm going to keep this review relatively short (I could write SO much more). There is an incredible amount of great and helpful information here. It's well organized and presented in easy-to-digest small chunks. If 'transformation' sounds a bit scary or a bit overused, think of this as a direct and effective way to improve your life. This is real and lasting stuff.
Not only can you use this information to improve/transform YOUR life, you can use it to improve/transform the lives of people around you. Instead of giving friends and others vague or not very helpful advice, you will be able to give them very good and very helpful advice. This stuff works. I've used some of this from what I've previously read, and I'm looking forward to using more.
You won't find a bunch of long boring stories that don't really seem to help your situation, here. You get the pieces that provide the solution. Start using a few pieces at a time and notice the results. It's a bit much to try to read all of this at once, and don't expect to do all of this at once. Find the parts that most apply to you now, and get started. This is a very good manual for life improvement/transformation. This isn't theoretical, this stuff actually works.

Easily Create The Change You Want In Your Life With This Book

Having been inspired and informed by the author through her wonderful "Lose 100 Pounds" series of books I was very pleased to see her Personal Transformation Project series of books and even more pleased when they became available in one volume.
This book covers a lot of very useful information on topics that are essential to living happier and healthier lives. It is jam packed full of strategies and tips that are easily understood and can be easily applied to daily living.
As each of the books that comprise this compilation work are stand-alone blueprints, the reader is free to pick and choose what they need as they need it. Maybe you feel pretty motivated but you have trouble relaxing or perhaps you're motivated to do things but don't really have the confidence or positive mind set to get started, whatever you need to change your life is here within the various strategies within this book.
What you will often hear about P Seymour's books, are that they get straight to the point and don't waffle on with meaningless chatter. The Personal Transformation Project" is no different. These books are written by someone who has been there and done that as far as transforming herself goes and she knows what you need to make the changes you seek and she mercifully delivers that specific information to you directly free of unnecessary baggage and filler.
I really liked this book and am looking forward to further blueprints from the author.
