A blue-ribbon winner all around!

This book clearly deserves five stars. It is imaginatively conceived and intelligently written, The layout and illustrations are pure heaven. There is a good story and several subtle lessons for a reader of any age who is growing up.
Highly recommended for anyone who has or loves children and/or dogs. Have just ordered three more copies as gifts and can't wait for the sequel.

Picnic, A Sweet Frenchie

This book is excellent. The quality of the book is superb. The illustrations are fun. The story follows a cute Frenchie through the process of being picked on because she is lacking one of the premiere Frenchie characteristics---a snort. As she finds out from various friends that she's got "negative" characteristics instead of the one good characteristic she years for, Picnic learns that all of these things are EXACTLY what (in whole) make her an awesome Frenchie dog. Perfect.

Cute story, beautiful illustrations, and impressive quality! This book is great for any dog lover especially if you have a frenchie or wish you did! I'm so happy with this purchase! The book arrived within 4 days of placing my order and was so impressed with the quality of book I received. Thank you so much. I really hope to see more books like picnic.
