We began writing and publishing children’s books in 2013 with our son Harrison, who is an imaginative, book loving toddler. Writing these books continues to be an incredibly fun and exciting experience for our family and we are very grateful to everyone who buys them. Lovely Little Book

I really liked Bad Dog Bailey! As a dog parent myself-I HATE the term "owner" because it conjures up images of slavery, but I digress-the book is a really cute book.
The book is a very short, illustrated book about a boy and his dog, Bailey. Bailey is a Golden Retriever, and as a former parent of a Golden myself, I found myself smiling at Bailey's actions, which remind me so much of my late Golden, Sadie.
If I have one criticism of the book, it's that the book is too short. I want to know more about Bailey and Harrison's relationship. Hopefully, in the future, a sequel can be written.

Friendship and unconditional love...

Just like all of us, Bailey struggles to be good. Try as she might, she just can't always pull it off! One thing is for certain, her owner loves her unconditionally despite the things that she does! When trouble arises will Bailey be able to put aside her antics and save the day?
"Bad Dog Bailey" is a story was written by a real boy named Harrison, with a little bit of help from his parents. It runs close parallel to life with my kids. Just like Bailey, sometimes they forget wipe their feet and track mud throughout the house or they get to loud and excited when guests come over to visit. No matter what they do, or how much their antics drive me crazy they know that I always will love them, just like Bailey's owner.
My kids and I love this book. It's simple to read and flows beautifully. My kids love it when I pause so they can read the "Bad Dog Bailey" lines. The illustrations are wonderful and accompany the text perfectly. Even if I am not reading along, my daughter is able to tell the story just from the images alone.
My daughter loves the included picture of the real Harrison and his dog Bailey. She wants to write him a letter and tell him all about her pet "Buddy". It added a fun surprise to the end of the story for her. My kids can't wait to read more from Harrison and Bailey.
The author is proud to donate 10% of all the revenue from "Bad Dog Bailey" to The Monday Life, an organization that is committed to improving the environment for patients at children's hospitals around the country.
"Bad Dog Bailey" is a story of true friendship and unconditional love. No matter how badly Bailey behaves she is always loved. This book is perfect for any young reader. Even if you aren't a dog lover, you will love this book!

That was such a cute children's book and lots and lots of kids will be able to relate to that story! Loved the characters and love the relationship between the boy and his dog. So sweet!
